DWS uses Stripe.com for payment processing. Credit card details are processed directly by Stripe and do not pass through or reside on DWS servers. Your use of Stripe's services is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policies.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Site are the property of DWS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
DWS may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
